5 Colors

As the saying goes, medicine tonic is not as good as food tonic, dietary regimen is referred to as “food tonic”. As the name implies, the use of food to affect various functions of the body, so that it can obtain health or cure diseases and prevent diseases, that is, to maintain our body through eating.

In the five-element five-color food therapy, the five elements, namely “golden, wood, water, fire, and earth”, represent the corresponding five internal organs, “lung liver, kidney, heart, and spleen”, and the five colors are made up of the corresponding five colors of raw ingredients of “white, green, black, red and yellow. “Food of different colors and the internal organs of the human body have the harmony of yin and yang, and the mutual generation and restraint of the five elements.

The relationship between the two, the proper combination of diet can help health, as long as the five-color food is absorbed in each meal, the five elements can grow together to harmonize the five internal organs and nourish the body’s functions.

80:20

Ratio

The 80:20 food ratio is derived from the 80:20 rule. which is the two-eight effect commonly heard by everyone. It is the economic law proposed by Pareto.

It was then widely used in various fields of social life and was deeply recognized by everyone. However, when we present the 80:20 rule in the diet, the main thing is not to ask everyone to go on a diet, but to create an appropriate balance through the 80:20 rule and to make such a food ratio in the meal. 80% of vegetables and 20% of meat are balanced in nutrition, which can effectively keep you in a good condition for a long time.
